Stocks down at opening session

The benchmark index DSEX of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) dropped in the first hour of the trading session today (27 April), extending the losing streak for tenth consecutive session.
During the session till 11 am, the DSEX fell by 35 points to 4,937, while the blue-chip DS30 dropped by 14 points to close at 1,830.
Among the traded stocks, 83 advanced, while 226 declined and 63 remained unchanged.
