The non-bank financial institution (NBFI) posted a 17.09% year-on-year decline in its consolidated profit for the January–September period of 2025, mainly due to a decrease in income from investments, an increase in loan loss provisions, and a higher cost of funds on borrowings.

In 2024, it also experienced a significant decline in profitability. It reported a consolidated net profit of Tk28.89 crore, down 26.44% from Tk39.28 crore in the previous year.
