Following her death, Huron Nahar's holdings in three listed companies – Monno Agro and General Machinery Ltd, Monno Ceramic Industries Ltd, and Monno Fabrics Ltd – were transferred to Afroza Khanam as part of inheritance, the disclosures said.
Each of the companies separately informed the DSE about the share transfers.
Before joining the cabinet under the BNP-led government, Afroza Khanam served as chairperson of Monno Group and its listed subsidiaries. She stepped down from her corporate roles after taking oath as a minister.
