Walton launches 4G SIM-supported rechargeable router
Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited has introduced a new 4G SIM-supported router under its TORONGGO brand, aiming to provide uninterrupted, high-speed internet connectivity even during power outages.
The WR34G model router features powerful 4G LTE connectivity, offering download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of 50 Mbps. With a 2.4 GHz frequency band, the router delivers WiFi transmission speeds of up to 300 Mbps—ideal for online streaming, virtual classes, official meetings, and gaming.
One of the key features of the device is its built-in 4,000mAh rechargeable battery, ensuring continuous internet access during load-shedding or in areas without electricity. The router also includes a micro SIM slot, two LAN ports, a DC input port, and an external antenna that enhances signal reception in low-network zones.
Equipped with MU-MIMO technology, the WR34G maintains stable connections across multiple devices. It also supports WPA2-PSK encryption, ensuring network security from unauthorised access.
"This new rechargeable 4G SIM-supported router has been launched with the aim of meeting customers' urgent internet needs, particularly in remote areas or during electricity outages," said Touhidur Rahman Rad, Chief Business Officer of Walton Computer. "By simply using a mobile SIM card, users can enjoy seamless internet where broadband connectivity is not available."
The device is now available at all Walton Plaza outlets with a 10 percent discount, priced at Tk 4,095. It can also be ordered online through Walton Digi-Tech's official website. The router comes with a one-year warranty.
