United Finance reiterates focus on women’s safety, empowerment and wellbeing
United Finance observed International Women's Day 2026 with initiatives across its branches and offices, the company said, recognising the contribution of women employees to its 36-year journey.
The company said it remains focused on women's safety, empowerment and wellbeing, and on maintaining an inclusive workplace where women can thrive, lead and grow.
Managing Director Mohammad Rafiqul Islam thanked women colleagues for their contributions and said the company will continue encouraging more women to take on diverse roles across the organisation.

He also urged teams to maintain service quality for women customers, reaffirming United Finance's focus on supporting women's economic participation and financial independence.
