United Finance partners BANCAT to support cancer patients
United Finance PLC has partnered with the Bangladesh Cancer Aid Trust (BANCAT) to support its cancer care home, Mosabbir Alok Nibash.
BANCAT provides financial assistance for medical treatment and holistic care to cancer patients across the country. The organisation currently operates two Mosabbir Alok Nibash facilities in Dhaka, offering safe and compassionate accommodation free of cost to patients undergoing treatment.
Under the partnership, United Finance will sponsor the stay of patients at Mosabbir Alok Nibash, aiming to ease the financial and emotional burden faced by patients and their families during cancer treatment.

Commenting on the initiative, Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director of United Finance PLC, said the organisation prioritises social impact alongside financial performance. He added that the company is supporting BANCAT's efforts to ensure cancer care reaches marginalised communities.
