Trust Bank signs MoU with NPA to support Universal Pension Scheme

Trust Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Pension Authority (NPA) to serve as a banking service provider for the collection of monthly instalments under the Universal Pension Scheme (UPS).

The signing ceremony took place at the Ministry of Finance, where Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, attended as the chief guest.

Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO of Trust Bank PLC, and Md Mahiuddin Khan, Executive Chairman of the NPA, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Through this collaboration, Trust Bank will play a vital role in streamlining financial transactions and facilitating greater accessibility to the government's pension scheme, which aims to bring long-term financial security to citizens across the country.
