Sonali Life holds blood drive in support of Milestone tragedy victims

Sonali Life Insurance Company has launched a voluntary blood donation drive to support victims of the recent Milestone School and College jet crash, demonstrating solidarity as a leading private life insurer.
The blood donation camp, held at Sonali Life's headquarters in Dhaka, was organized in collaboration with the Quantum Foundation.
Sheikh Mohammad Daniel, Director of Sonali Life, formally inaugurated the day-long blood donation camp. The company's Acting CEO, Rafiqul Islam, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mohammad Monzur Morshed, and other senior officials were also present at the event.
In his address, Sheikh Mohammad Daniel said Sonali Life is committed to supporting humanitarian and social causes, and this blood donation drive reflects those pledges.
Daniel stated, "Sonali Life supports education, healthcare, and humanitarian aid as part of CSR. This initiative is especially meaningful as we assist those affected by the Uttara Milestone School and College jet crash."
He noted the initiative, though small in scale, was driven by the company's sense of community responsibility.
Daniel added that the late Mostafa Golam Quddus instilled a sense of social service at Sonali Life, and the company aims to continue supporting the community and nation.
Nearly 100 employees and officials of Sonali Life donated blood, while an efficient team from Quantum Foundation worked throughout the day to ensure the initiative's success.
