BNCC, Daffodil Computers sign deal to develop integrated digital platform
The Bangladesh National Cadet Corps and Daffodil Computers PLC have signed an agreement to develop an integrated digital platform to streamline the corps' nationwide operations and improve services for cadets, institutions, and employees.
According to a press release, the parties signed the agreement at the BNCC headquarters in Dhaka on 20 August.
The platform will include an integrated website, management information system, and mobile application. It will support cadet recruitment and management, institutional administration, training, certificate issuance, employee management, and centralised information management.
BNCC Director for Training and Recruitment Lieutenant Colonel Md Nahiduzzaman signed the agreement on behalf of the organisation's director general. In contrast, Daffodil Computers General Manager Jafar Ahmed Patwary signed on behalf of the company.
Daffodil Group Chief Executive Officer Dr Mohammed Nuruzzaman attended the signing ceremony.
BNCC Accounts In-Charge Major Kamrul Hasan, Deputy Director for Navy Lieutenant Commander Md Rakibul Islam, Daffodil Computers Head of Product and Solution HM Forhad, and Technical Lead and System Analyst Md Mazharul Islam were also present.
The initiative aims to improve access to information and strengthen digital services for BNCC cadets, affiliated institutions, employees, and other stakeholders.
