Shimanto Bank inks deal with ABC Real Estate
Shimanto Bank PLC and ABC Real Estate have signed an MoU to offer preferential home loans.
Under the agreement, clients of ABC Real Estate will enjoy preferential interest rates and reduced loan processing fees when availing Shimanto Bank's home loan product, Shimanto Nibash.
Md Sahidul Islam, Head of Business at Shimanto Bank, and Shougata Ghosh, Director at ABC Real Estate, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.

Mohammad Masud Sajjad, in charge of Retail Asset & Liabilities at Shimanto Bank, and Mohammad Zakir Hossain, General Manager (Sales) at ABC Real Estate, attended the signing ceremony with senior officials from both institutions.
The collaboration aims to make it easier for homebuyers in Bangladesh to access housing loans with better terms, while also enabling ABC Real Estate to offer more attractive financing options through Shimanto Bank. This partnership is expected to benefit both organisations by expanding their customer base and enhancing their service offerings.
