Sheltech MD Tanvir Ahmed graduates from NDC’s Capstone Course
Mr Tanvir Ahmed, Managing Director of Sheltech Group, Envoy Legacy, Envoy Textiles Limited, and Green Textile Limited, has successfully completed the Capstone Course 2025/2 at the National Defence College (NDC), Mirpur Cantonment. The course was held from 13 to 31 July 2025.
The Capstone Course is a rigorous three-week module under the NDC's strategic leadership programmes. It is designed to enhance senior leaders' understanding of national security, strategic thinking, and multilateral cooperation in Bangladesh. The course brings together senior military officials, policymakers, diplomats, academics, business executives, media professionals, civil society leaders, and legal experts in a setting that fosters open dialogue and strategic consensus.
Participants engage in case studies, simulation exercises, and collaborative analysis to build cross-sectoral networks and address contemporary national and global challenges.

The certificate awarding ceremony of Capstone Course 2025/2, held on Thursday, 31 July, was attended by Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman, OSP, SGP, psc, and Commandant of National Defence College Lieutenant General Mohammad Shaheenul Haque, OSP, BSP, ndc, hdmc, psc. Both commended the participants for promoting inclusive and reform-oriented leadership to strengthen national institutions amid shifting geopolitics, natural disasters, and emerging challenges.
Mr Tanvir Ahmed's participation as a distinguished private sector leader highlights his strategic insight and continued commitment to Bangladesh's national development.
