Chairman Engr Md Mokhlesur Rahman highlighted the bank's resilience despite global and domestic economic challenges. He noted that SBAC Bank has maintained liquidity stability, ensuring uninterrupted customer transactions. The management team has demonstrated strong leadership in achieving sustainable financial growth, while the Board of Directors prioritizes corporate governance and regulatory compliance over mere profit generation. He emphasized the bank's commitment to deposit security and responsible banking practices and urged bankers to adopt innovative strategies to support entrepreneurship, thereby creating employment opportunities. Priority sectors include agriculture, SME financing, and women entrepreneurs. The bank also aims to enhance remittance collection and strengthen foreign trade operations. Customer satisfaction remains a top priority, as he believes depositors are the true owners of the bank.

Managing Director Habibur Rahman stated that SBAC Bank has expanded its network to 90 branches, 32 sub-branches, and 37 agent banking outlets nationwide. The bank has introduced tailored deposit and loan schemes based on customer needs and actively supports import-export activities through correspondent banking relationships with 202 banks worldwide. He noted that SBAC Bank is among the top performers in remittance collection among contemporary banks. Digital banking services such as BanglaPay mobile wallet, online banking, and debit and credit cards ensure fast and seamless transactions. Future plans focus on expanding foreign trade, improving loan quality, and strengthening loan recovery efforts.

The conference outlined strategic initiatives for 2025 to ensure continued growth, enhanced customer service, and a stronger financial position in the banking sector.
