The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Securities Limited was held on April 22, 2025, at the Bank's Head Office board room through a hybrid method (physical presence and virtual platform).

Choudhury, Nadir Ahmed, Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury, Mohammad Ali; Mohammad Anisuzzaman, Shareholder of Pubali Bank Securities Limited and DMD of Pubali Bank PLC; Managing Director of Pubali Bank Securities Limited Mohammed Ahsan Ullah and General Manager Md. Shah Alam was present at the AGM. Mohammad Liton Miah FCA, General Manager and CFO of Pubali Bank, was also present.
