PSB kicks off Youth Festival programme to boost service quality

Palli Sanchay Bank has launched a 'Customer Service Fortnight' as part of its Youth Festival 2025 celebrations, connecting 64 district offices and 490 branches nationwide through a Zoom inauguration from the bank's head office board room at 9:00am.
Chairman Md Abdul Khalek (former secretary) attended as Chief Guest. Directors present included Dr Md Zahedul Islam (former secretary); Sardar Md Keramat Ali (Additional Secretary and Director General, Bangladesh Rural Development Board); Dr Mohammad Mohiuddin (Additional Secretary, Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division); M A Nesar Hossain Azad (retired Additional Secretary); Farida Yasmin (Joint Secretary, Financial Institutions Division); Nure Alam Talukder (Managing Director, Bangladesh Students' Welfare Trust); Md Farhadul Islam Bhuiyan (Managing Director and Editor, Dainik Liberation and Fortnightly Orthodesh); and the bank's Managing Director Salma Banu.
Also present were Deputy Managing Director Khan Iqbal Hasan, General Manager A B M Zahid Hossain and General Manager Md Ala Uddin. Divisional heads, monitoring officers, officers in charge of district and audit offices, and all branch managers joined the ceremony online with their teams.
The fortnight-long initiative prioritises customer satisfaction and service quality, reinforcing the bank's focus on responsive, nationwide service delivery.
