Prime Bank signs strategic agreement with Akter Properties
Prime Bank PLC has signed a strategic agreement with Akter Properties Ltd at a ceremony held at Prime Aspire in Dhaka.
Under the agreement, customers of Prime Bank who secure home loans to purchase apartments from Akter Properties will receive an exclusive 5% discount on the base price of the apartment. This benefit will also be available to Prime Bank employees.
The agreement was signed by Mamur Ahmed, SEVP and Head of Distribution at Prime Bank PLC, and Mohammed Akter Biswas, Managing Director of Akter Properties Ltd.

Joarder Tanvir Faisal, EVP and Head of Cards and Retail Asset at Prime Bank PLC, and Md Sazzad Masud, Deputy General Manager of Akter Properties Ltd, were also present, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
Prime Bank stated that the partnership reflects its commitment to providing lifestyle-based services and financial solutions to customers, supporting their homeownership goals.
