Prime Bank signs payroll banking agreement with PalmPay
Prime Bank PLC has signed a payroll banking agreement with global fintech company and digital banking platform PalmPay to provide payroll banking services to its employees and partners.
The agreement was signed recently at Prime Bank's corporate office, according to a press release.
Under the agreement, PalmPay employees will receive salary accounts with competitive rates, dual-currency debit cards with fee waivers and lifestyle benefits, as well as consumer banking products and services on preferential terms.
They will also have access to PrimePay, the bank's omni-digital platform, which provides automated salary disbursement and round-the-clock corporate payment services.
Prime Bank Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Distribution Network Mamur Ahmed and PalmPay Managing Director Jun Zeng signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Prime Bank Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking Mohammad Salauddin Hazari; Senior Vice President and Head of Payroll Banking Hasina Fardous; Unit Head of Commercial Banking Md Al Amin; Senior Relationship Manager of Commercial Banking Fatema Afrin; Business Development Manager of Payroll Banking Md Rezaul Karim; and Relationship Manager of Payroll Banking Md Sohel Rana attended the signing ceremony.
PalmPay Human Resource Manager Khandokar Tanveer Ahsan and other officials from both organisations were also present.
