Prime Bank integrates LifePlus app into MyPrime platform
Prime Bank PLC has entered into an agreement with LifePlus Bangladesh Ltd, a sister concern of Labaid Group, to broaden digital healthcare access for Prime Bank customers via an integrated platform.
The signing ceremony was held recently at Prime Aspire on Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka.
Through this partnership, Prime Bank customers can access the LifePlus app directly via the MyPrime internet banking portal, enabling them to utilise a range of healthcare services. Both organisations stated that the initiative aims to simplify digital healthcare access and support improved health management for customers.
Joarder Tanvir Faisal, Head of Cards and Retail Assets at Prime Bank, and Sharif Md Abid, Chief Executive Officer of LifePlus Bangladesh Ltd, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Also present were AZM Fouz Ullah Chowdhury, Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Channels at Prime Bank; Md Al-Hasib, Head of Business at LifePlus Bangladesh Ltd; and other senior officials from both organisations.
According to the organisations, the partnership aligns with Prime Bank's commitment to digital innovation and customer-centric services, as well as LifePlus Bangladesh's goal to expand healthcare access through technology.
