Palli Sanchay Bank concludes 12-day foundational training
Palli Sanchay Bank has concluded a 12-day foundational training programme designed to strengthen operational effectiveness and enhance the skills of its officials and staff.
This initiative plays a vital role in equipping employees with the knowledge and tools needed to drive the bank's mission forward. The closing ceremony was held on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, at the bank's head office training room.

The inaugural session featured Ms. Najma Mobarek, Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division at the Ministry of Finance, as the chief guest, and Mr Abdul Khalek, Chairman of Palli Sanchay Bank, as a special guest.
Additionally, the training program was attended by Ms Mobarek. Concluding the programme, Ms Salma Banu, Managing Director, presided over the closing ceremony, joined by the Deputy Managing Director, General Managers, and other senior officials.
