Nagad campaign winners enjoy helicopter ride in Dhaka
Nagad has rewarded two Dhaka residents, Kazi Emon and Afzal Hossain, with a helicopter ride as part of its Ramadan campaign.
The winners earned the reward by making purchases via their Nagad wallets during the campaign period.
Kazi Emon, a sales professional at a multinational company, resides in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. As the prize allowed winners to enjoy the ride with a companion, Emon was joined by his wife Sadia and their daughter.
"I felt like a bird. I am truly delighted," said Sadia after her first-ever helicopter flight.
Emon, 26, said, "I have travelled by aeroplane, but never by helicopter. This was a wonderful experience to share with my wife, thanks to Nagad. I never imagined I would win such a prize. I thank Nagad for arranging something so exciting."
Afzal Hossain of Mirpur, Dhaka, who works at a local superstore, enjoyed the ride with his colleague and friend Masud Rana.
Still overwhelmed, Afzal said, "Honestly, I cannot quite put this experience into words. I never thought I would win such a gift. I thank Nagad for this wonderful prize."
Alongside the grand prize, Nagad customers received cashback offers totalling over Tk2,000 on various merchant payments during the campaign.
Customers became eligible for rewards by shopping at leading footwear and fashion brands, as well as online merchants, and making payments through Nagad wallets.
