Mithai introduces reward points for customers
Mithai has launched "Mithai Priyojon", a campaign to boost brand loyalty and customer experience.
Excitement filled the air as Animesh Saha, Deputy Managing Director of PRAN Group, officially kicked off the campaign at a lively ceremony held at the PRAN Centre in Badda, Dhaka, on Saturday, 2 May.
Sharing his enthusiasm for the campaign, Anisul Islam, Head of Marketing at Mithai, expressed that "Mithai Priyojon" is all about building lasting connections with cherished customers.
"Through Mithai Priyojon, every customer spending Tk500 or more at any Mithai outlet will become a loyalty member. Members will be delighted to earn two reward points for every Tk100 spent, with each point equal to Tk1," he explained, inviting everyone to take part in the excitement.
He added that customers can redeem points once they have accumulated at least 100, and then apply those points towards Mithai product purchases.
Senior Mithai officials, including SM Hafizur Rahman (Chief Operating Officer), Amitav Ray (Deputy General Manager), Masum Billah (Brand Manager), and others, added warmth and prestige by attending the memorable event.
