Le Reve launches winter collection 2025 inspired by essentialism

Globally, winter fashion is trending towards clean silhouettes and utility-driven designs that balance comfort, practicality and understated elegance. In line with this trend, Le Reve has launched its Winter Collection 2025, centred on warmth, comfort and refined simplicity.

Explaining the concept behind the collection, Monnujan Nargis, Chief Executive Officer of Le Reve, said today's fashion-conscious customers prefer minimal winter wear that is elegant, functional and easy to wear. "Fashion is no longer just about appearance; it is about balancing functionality with aesthetics. This collection is built on three pillars – minimal, trendy and classy – under the concept of 'Essentialism', which focuses on what truly matters," she said.

The collection embodies this philosophy through its colour palette, patterns and tailoring. A soft, muted shade called 'Puddle' anchors the range, complemented by practical neutrals such as off-white, blush pink, sage grey, butter brown, sky blue, mint green, beige and lemon. Deeper tones including navy, black, soya black, orange, red and maroon are used to create two winter curations: monochrome magic and colour blocking.

Attention to detail defines the collection, with varied collar styles, structured tailoring, functional pockets and versatile hemlines designed to enhance comfort and wearability. Fabric choices include wind- and moisture-resistant materials for parkas and overcoats, blended fabrics for blazers, and breathable options such as viscose, cotton, satin and stretch fabrics for casual and occasion wear.

Classic winter motifs such as checks, plaids, florals, argyles and polka dots have been reinterpreted in a new print story titled 'Curious Core'. Checks and plaids feature prominently across jackets, trench coats, hoodies, shirts, stoles and scarves, offered in a neutral winter palette suitable for office, casual and festive wear.

For the first time, Le Reve has introduced overcoats for both men and women, alongside updated designs of its all-season blazers, including premium knit blazers for men. Trench coats, sweaters and jackets have also been refreshed with modern silhouettes and layered styling options.

Women's winterwear includes blazers, tunics, shawls, capes, jackets, sweaters and festive outfits, while the men's range features overcoats, biker jackets, sweaters, sweatshirts and everyday winter essentials. The collection is further extended to children's and teenagers' winterwear, as well as accessories including scarves, bags, jewellery and home décor items.

Le Reve's Winter Collection 2025 is available at 26 stores nationwide, including in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna and Sylhet. The collection can also be purchased online via the brand's website and digital platforms.
