JCI Dhaka unveils new executive committee for 2025

Junior Chamber International (JCI) Dhaka Eminent has proudly announced its newly formed Executive Committee for the year 2025.

This dynamic leadership team was introduced during the organisation's General Assembly, held on 27 January 2025 in Dhaka. It marks a promising new chapter for the vibrant youth-led organisation.

Mounota Alam has been appointed the Local President, leading JCI Dhaka Eminent into a year filled with aspirations for impactful change. Ipsha Adiba and Md are supporting her in this leadership journey. Zia Ashraf, who will serve as Executive Vice President (EVP), will work to steer the chapter's vision and initiatives. Md. Abdul Kader, the Immediate Past Local President (IPLP), will also play a crucial advisory role in the committee.

The election process was conducted with transparency and fairness under the guidance of Md. Tanveer Saad Akash National Executive Vice President of JCI Bangladesh (2025) who served as the Election Commissioner. Before announcing the new committee, the organisation held its fourth General Members' Meeting (GMM) of 2024.

In her first statement as Local President, Mounota Alam expressed her commitment to fostering positive change through impactful initiatives: "We will dedicate our full efforts toward creating meaningful and sustainable development across the nation. We aim to inspire and empower communities for a better tomorrow."

JCI Dhaka Eminent is part of Junior Chamber International (JCI), a global organisation of young leaders aged 18 to 40 dedicated to community service and sustainable development. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, JCI has an extensive network of over 40+ local chapters in Bangladesh. Dhaka Eminent is a thriving chapter committed to empowering young professionals and creating lasting impact.

This announcement reflects JCI Dhaka Eminent's steadfast dedication to fostering young leaders and driving positive change, setting the tone for an exciting and transformative year ahead.
