Anisul Haque wins Executive Cup Golf Tournament 2026
Anisul Haque won the Executive Cup Golf Tournament 2026 at Jolshiri Golf Club with 22 points, according to a press release.
Organised by The GolfHouse, the tournament brought together 119 golfers from more than 50 organisations for competitive golf, corporate networking and camaraderie, according to a press release.
Played over nine holes in Stableford format, the tournament used a shotgun start, with tee-offs beginning at 7:30 am and continuing until 1:30 pm.
Senior corporate executives, business leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and distinguished members of the golfing community took part in the event.
The GolfHouse Founder and Editor AMM Nazrul Hosen said the tournament featured player-focused activities and brand activations throughout the day.
"The experiences were supported by partners from banking, aviation, hospitality, wellness, golf equipment, lifestyle, grooming, travel, food and beverages, hydration and cooling solutions," he said.
City Bank joined as title sponsor, while Baraka Group served as sponsor. Turkish Airlines was the platinum partner, and Crowne Plaza Airport was the hospitality partner.
Radiant Pharmaceuticals joined as wellness partner, Fit Elegance as wardrobe partner, Sundora Sport as equipment partner, Adonis Grooming Salon as grooming partner, VIBES as lifestyle partner and Firsttrip as travel partner.
Polar was the ice cream partner, Midnight Pick the coffee partner, Prokrity Store the cookie partner, Bruvana the hydration partner and ONODA the cooling partner.
Anisul Haque won the tournament with 22 points. Vinay Arora finished runner-up with the same score, while Azam J Chowdhury (Retd) secured second runner-up with 22 points and Maj Jakir Ahmed (Retd) was third runner-up with 21 points.
Ahmed Shakir won the longest-drive award after hitting a 307-yard drive.
State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism M Rashiduzzaman Millat, MP, attended the prize-giving ceremony as chief guest and was invited to the event.
The ceremony was held later in the evening at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport, with distinguished guests, corporate leaders, partners and members of the golfing community in attendance.
The second edition of the Executive Cup aimed to provide business leaders and golf enthusiasts with a platform to connect beyond the boardroom through competition, sportsmanship, and a shared passion for golf.
