Janata Bank PLC celebrates Independence and National Day
Janata Bank PLC observed commemorative events on Wednesday, 26 March, to mark the Great Independence and National Day.
The day began with the Managing Director, Md Mozibur Rahman, hoisting the national flag at the bank's head office premises. Directors Dr Md Abdus Sabur and Md Kawsar Alam, DMDs Md Golam Mortuza and Md Fayez Alam, General Managers, officers, CBA leaders, and employees from all levels were also present at the event.
A discussion meeting was later held at the Janata Bhaban Corporate Branch. On behalf of the bank, a floral tribute was placed at the National Martyrs' Memorial in Savar.

Additionally, on Tuesday, to observe 25 March—the Black Night and National Genocide Day—the Managing Director presided over a special prayer and discussion session at the head office.
