Islami Bank hosts orientation for newly recruited security guards
Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC organised a professional skills development, training, and orientation programme for newly recruited security guards on 17 November 2025 at Islami Bank Tower.
Md Omar Faruk Khan, Managing Director, attended the event as chief guest. Dr M Kamal Uddin Jasim, Additional Managing Director; ASM Rezaul Karim, Director General of Islami Bank Training and Research Academy; A K M Kawsar Alam, Senior Executive Vice President; Lt Col (Retd), K F A Sohel, Vice President; and Md Sanaullah, First Assistant Vice President, were also present.
A total of 130 newly appointed security guards took part in the day-long workshop, which focused on workplace responsibilities, strengthening security inside banking premises, and the use of modern security equipment.
