IPDC Finance inks deal to enhance home loan experience
IPDC Finance PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Urban Design & Development Ltd, initiating a new phase in expanding accessible home finance options for customers.
The signing ceremony was held on 8 October 2025, attended by Rizwan Dawood Shams, Managing Director of IPDC Finance PLC.
Mohammad Monirul Islam, Head of Retail Business for IPDC Finance PLC, and Hasib M Abdullah, Chief Operating Officer of Urban Design & Development Ltd, executed the MoU.

Also in attendance were Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Head of Distribution, Retail Business; Mehedi Mahmood Khan, Head of Mortgage, Retail Business; Md Imran Hossain, Head of Home Loan Sales (Metro), Retail Business; and Mohammad Kayum Khan, Cluster Head and Branch Manager, Dhanmondi, representing IPDC Finance PLC. Md Sabbir Amin and Shahed Parvez, Cluster Heads of Sales and Marketing, represented Urban Design & Development Ltd.
Through this collaboration, both organisations intend to intensify efforts to help more individuals and families secure home ownership. The partnership will facilitate a seamless, efficient home loan and property acquisition process through integrated financial and property solutions.
