Interactive Cares opens innovation driven learning centre

After empowering over 150,000 learners across Bangladesh through online, career-oriented learning, Interactive Cares is taking its mission a step further by launching its first Offline Learning Centre in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Designed to provide a more immersive and interactive experience, this physical campus is not just a place to learn—it's a place to connect, collaborate, and innovate.
In a country where regular education often fails to meet the needs of companies, Interactive Cares has established itself as one of the most impactful edtech platforms. Now, with the Learning Centre, it's bringing the same structured career paths, industry-relevant skills, and placement support into an offline environment—enhanced with hands-on projects, real-world exposure, and direct mentorship, plus interactive workshops, expert-led tech talks, vibrant data meetups, exclusive free courses, intensive crash courses, and career-boosting programs designed for real impact.
"We're not just opening a learning space—we're building a premium ecosystem where learners will work on real projects, engage in tech meetups, collaborate in hackathons, and connect directly with industry leaders," said Rare Al Samir, Founder and CEO of Interactive Cares.
Since starting in July 2020, Interactive Cares has been helping students gain job-ready skills, receive career guidance, and access job opportunities. The Learning Centre brings this mission to life in a physical setting, where innovation, mentorship, and community come together under one roof.
The centre offers crash courses, free classes, and advanced offline programs in Power BI, Web Development, Coding, Tech Talks, AI Agents, and IELTS Spoken English. Designed with input from industry experts, these programs focus on practical skills that align with real hiring needs. Daily support sessions, expert-led mentorship, and structured job preparation ensure that every learner receives a complete, career-focused experience. With a network of over 150+ hiring partners, the Learning Centre also plays an active role in job and internship placement.
What makes this initiative truly stand out is the premium learning experience it offers. Beyond regular classes, learners delve into real-world tech challenges, engage in vibrant discussions, and receive one-on-one mentorship. The Learning Centre features a dedicated Tech Zone for hands-on experimentation, a Career Lounge for placement support, and collaborative spaces for peer networking and learning. Furthermore, special activities such as Olympiads and a gamified learning approach keep learners engaged, motivated, and excited to upskill effectively through healthy competition and real-time progress tracking.
In addition, the Learning Centre will regularly host Networking opportunities, Corporate training programs, Alumni meetups, and Placement days and provide direct one-on-one counselling for hiring and career guidance, making it a genuine launchpad for professional success.
Founder and CEO Rare Al Samir shared, "We've always believed in learning that leads to transformation. With this offline initiative, we're creating an environment where learners don't just absorb knowledge—they build skills, projects, and connections that lead to real growth."
COO Jamila Bupasha Khushbu added, "This is about more than education. This is about building an inclusive future where talent from all walks of life can thrive, contribute, and lead innovation."
With this new chapter, Interactive Cares is not only expanding its footprint but also redefining what career-tech education can look like in Bangladesh. The Learning Centre marks the beginning of a nationwide roadmap to empower millions, one learner, one career, and one impact story at a time.
