Infinix launches Note Edge 5g smartphone in Bangladesh
Global smartphone brand Infinix has launched the NOTE Edge in Bangladesh, expanding its Note series with a curved-display 5G smartphone positioned in the upper-mid-range.
The new device targets users seeking long-term reliability, combining premium design with durable hardware, extended software support, and stable day-to-day performance.
Smartphone usage patterns in Bangladesh have shifted in recent years, with users spending longer hours on screens, multitasking more frequently, and upgrading devices less often. Infinix said the NOTE Edge was designed with these trends in mind, prioritising sustained usability over short-term feature appeal, and positioning the device for three to four years of regular use.
The NOTE Edge features a 3D-curved 1.5K Ultra HD eye-protection display with ultra-narrow, symmetrical bezels on all sides. The curved screen is designed to enhance comfort during extended use, including reading, social media browsing, video calls, and entertainment. With a slim 7.2mm body and a pearlescent finish, the device aims to deliver a balanced in-hand feel while maintaining a premium appearance.
The smartphone is powered by the world's first MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G processor. According to Infinix, the chipset is optimised for consistent performance rather than peak benchmarks, delivering smooth multitasking, stable gaming performance, and efficient power management over time.
Battery performance is another key focus. The NOTE Edge comes with a 66,500 mAh battery designed to support a full day of heavy use across navigation, messaging, video streaming, and work applications. Infinix has also included battery self-healing technology to slow long-term capacity degradation and extend the device's lifespan.
On the software front, the device runs on XOS 16, which features memory-aware scheduling to maintain responsiveness during prolonged use. Infinix has confirmed three years of operating system updates and five years of security patches.
Connectivity features include 5G support alongside UPS 3.0 technology, which the company says can improve weak or low-frequency network signals by up to 50 per cent, delivering more stable connectivity in indoor and high-traffic environments.
For photography, the NOTE Edge features a 50MP rear camera supported by AI RAW+ and Live Photo modes, designed to deliver clear images in low-light conditions. The device also includes dual stereo speakers and a high-brightness display to enhance audio-visual performance.
Alongside the launch, Infinix reiterated its commitment to women's football in Bangladesh. National women's team footballers Ritu Porna Chakma and Feida Khandaker have joined the brand as ambassadors, reflecting the company's focus on inclusivity, youth empowerment, and national pride.
The Infinix NOTE Edge is available in Silk Green and Lunar Titanium, with Stellar Blue and Shadow Black also offered for the 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variants. The device is now available nationwide through authorised retail stores and online platforms.
