Independent Photography Club launches ‘F11 See Sharp’

A national photography exhibition titled F11 See Sharp Season II began on 8 April 2025, at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), showcasing work by emerging photographers from across the country.

Organised by the Independent Photography Club, the three-day exhibition (8–10 April) at the IUB campus marks the first phase of a multi-venue event. A total of 7,500 photographs were submitted by 1,138 participants in two categories—single photograph and photo story. From these, 48 single images and seven photo stories have been selected for display.

IUB Vice Chancellor Prof M Tamim inaugurated the exhibition. Also present were Prof Dr Zakir Hossain Raju, head of the Department of Media and Communication; Refat Ara Jerin, lecturer and coordinator of the Independent Photography Club; and Atif M Safi, head of the Division of Student Activities.
