IFIPLC celebrates 24th anniversary

Islamic Finance and Investment PLC (IFIPLC) celebrated its 24th anniversary on Thursday with a series of events at its head office in Tejgaon, Dhaka.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Abul Quasem Haider inaugurated the celebration as the chief guest by cutting a cake. He expressed gratitude to the directors, sponsors, clients, depositors, shareholders, Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Chittagong Stock Exchange, National Board of Revenue, partners, employees, stakeholders, and well-wishers for their support throughout IFIPLC's 24-year journey.

Vice Chairmen Mostanser Billa, Independent Directors Irteza Reza Chowdhury and Shayema Akter, FCA, were present at the ceremony.

As part of the celebrations, IFIPLC organised a voluntary blood donation programme, launched new products, and held a special discussion meeting. Prominent Islamic scholar Shah Mohammad Wali Ullah attended the discussion as a special guest.

Md Taufikul Hakim, IFIPLC managing director (current charge), highlighted the organisation's achievements and urged continued cooperation from stakeholders to enhance service excellence.

The anniversary was celebrated across all IFIPLC branches nationwide in a festive atmosphere.
