Grameenphone launches new centre in Bogura

Grameenphone, the country's leading telecommunications service provider, has further strengthened its customer engagement in the northern region by inaugurating a brand-new Grameenphone Centre (GPC) in Jaleshwaritola, Bogura, recently.

This state-of-the-art facility reflects Grameenphone's commitment to enhancing customer experience while embracing sustainability and innovation. The design of the centre also reflects local culture and heritage. Inspired by Bogura's terracotta art, the GPC combines aesthetic elegance with functionality, offering a warm and welcoming environment for customers.

Md. Arif Uddin, Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Grameenphone, inaugurated the GPC.  Md. Atiqul Hossain, Circle Business Head of Rajshahi, Grameenphone, and Abdulla Al Mahmud, Head of Customer Service, Grameenphone, along with other officials from Grameenphone and distinguished guests, were also present at the inaugural ceremony.

Strategically located in Bogura's prominent business hub, the GPC is designed not only to serve as a service point but also as a comprehensive experience centre that caters to the evolving needs of customers. The facility offers all Grameenphone customer services, including technical support, to provide end-to-end solutions under one roof.

In line with Grameenphone's sustainability goals, the new centre operates on a 99% paperless customer service, minimising environmental impact while ensuring efficiency and transparency in customer service. Equipped with modern digital tools and trained personnel, the GPC ensures swift and seamless service delivery.

Md. Arif Uddin, Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Grameenphone, said, "The new GPC with the design philosophy of terracotta will manifest our commitment to the people of Bogura. It is not just a service centre; it is a symbol of our dedication to delivering delightful, almost paperless customer experiences in an eco-friendly and culturally resonant space."

This initiative marks another milestone in Grameenphone's ongoing journey to empower local communities by providing accessible, responsive, and technology-driven solutions. As Bogura continues to grow as a regional business hub, the new GPC will serve as a critical touchpoint for customers seeking quality service and digital connectivity.

Grameenphone invites the people of Bogura to experience the new facility and be part of its ongoing journey towards a brighter and greener future.
