Glenrich International School hosts GlenFest 2025
Glenrich International School, Uttara, successfully concluded GlenFest, a lively carnival-style event filled with fun, learning, and creativity. Bringing together students, parents, and the wider community, GlenFest took place on 22 February 2025 at the Glenrich Uttara Senior Campus from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Dr Amlan K Saha, Principal of Glenrich International School, Uttara, inaugurated the event with an inspiring speech, emphasising the school's commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and community engagement. He stated, "GlenFest is more than just a carnival; it reflects our goal of nurturing well-rounded students who embrace learning beyond the classroom. The event was a remarkable success, setting a benchmark for cultural festivities in Dhaka."
Participants enjoyed a range of exciting activities, including Ring Toss, Tin Can Alley, Bottle Knockdown, Balls in a Bucket, Archery Fun, Coin Toss, Nagordola, Horse Cart, Doll Catcher, Jungle Jumper, Basketball Shooter, Mini Train, Bubble House, and Catch the Stick. The carnival also featured stalls showcasing local crafts, arts, books, confectionery, apparel, and a variety of delicious food.

The Tech Academy hosted an interactive robotics showcase, where teachers and students demonstrated robotics, animation, and hands-on training. A live performance by Taki Yasir Nierzhar, energetic dance performances, and unique snowflake displays on the green field added to the excitement. The event fostered a strong sense of community, allowing students, parents, and guests to connect and celebrate together.
United Healthcare served as the Title Sponsor for GlenFest, with Excellence Consultants as the Co-Sponsor. The IBD Partnership Group and LankaBangla were Gold Sponsors, while Pragati Insurance Limited was the Silver Sponsor. The sponsors also delivered speeches during the event, highlighting their support for education and community development.
