First Finance holds 32nd annual general meeting
First Finance Limited held its 32nd annual general meeting (AGM) for the year ended 31 December 2024 on Thursday, 11 September 2025, at 3:00pm.
The meeting took place in a hybrid format at the TCB Auditorium, TCB Bhaban, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, with the participation of shareholders.
The meeting was presided over by company chairman Masud Hossain Khan. Other board members present included vice chairman and nominated director Abu Zakir, nominated directors Md Altaf Hossain and Amatun Noor, and independent director Md Habibur Rahman.

Managing Director and CEO Shah Md Abdul Bari, along with other senior officials, were also in attendance.
Shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, along with the directors' and auditors' reports, the appointment of the statutory and compliance auditors for 2025, and the remuneration of the appointed auditors.
The chairman thanked shareholders, directors, and officials for their participation, contributions, and ongoing trust in the company.
