Fair Group and Olympia Holdings unite for sustainable HVAC solutions

A new dawn rises in Bangladesh's HVAC landscape with the arrival of Hisense's environmentally conscious, energy-efficient, and intelligent cooling solutions. On a momentous day, Fair Distribution Limited, part of the esteemed Fair Group, signed a landmark agreement with Olympia Holdings Limited to install a powerful 715-ton Hisense VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Central Air Conditioning System at the illustrious Olympia Plaza shopping mall in Savar, Dhaka.

Fair Distribution Limited stands proudly as the authorised distributor and trusted after-sales service provider of Hisense VRF systems in Bangladesh. As the nation's industrial hubs, commercial complexes, and healthcare facilities flourish, the demand for sophisticated HVAC solutions continues to grow steadily at 10 percent annually. Hisense is emerging as the preferred choice, renowned for its innovative technology, unwavering quality, extensive warranties, and dependable service.

Distinguished visitors from Hisense's global leadership, including Mr. Li Youbo, Global Vice President of Hisense HVAC, Mr. Tony, Overseas Director (ASEAN), and Mr. Allen, Country Manager for Bangladesh, joined the signing ceremony. Expressing enthusiasm, Mr. Li remarked, "Bangladesh is a land of immense promise for Hisense HVAC. We are honoured to deepen our commitment through this partnership with Fair Distribution, anticipating a threefold growth in our presence here."

Mr. Mutassim Daiaan, Director of Fair Group, reflected on the collaboration with pride: "Joining hands with a respected institution like Olympia Holdings fills us with great honour. With Hisense's VRF technology, we pledge to bring sustainable, smart solutions to Bangladesh's evolving urban fabric."

Among the honoured guests were Mr. Ruhul Alam Al Mahbub, Chairman of Fair Group, and Mr. Jamil Uddin, Chairman of Olympia Holdings Limited. Mr. Shakil Uddin, Managing Director of Olympia Holdings, emphasised the choice of Hisense's advanced technology, "Beyond its eco-friendly credentials, Hisense sets the benchmark for energy efficiency. The brand's global prestige, including its role as an official partner of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, solidified our decision."

The ceremony also welcomed senior figures from both organisations: Mr. Mesbah Uddin, Chief Marketing Officer; Mr. Rayan Rahman, Head of Business Strategy; Mr. Md. Osman Gani Pavel, Head of HVAC System at Fair Group; and from Olympia Holdings, Mr. Arif Mohammad, Vice Chairman, and Mr. Mohammad Jabir, CEO.

Fair Distribution Limited's dedication was recently honoured with the Hisense HVAC Strategic Partner Award at the Hisense HVAC Global Partner Conference 2024, a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence and market growth in Bangladesh.

This partnership heralds a new chapter in Bangladesh's urban development, blending tradition with innovation, and lighting the path toward a sustainable, comfortable future.
