EBL donates blankets to PM’s Relief Fund
Eastern Bank PLC has donated blankets to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund, for distribution among the distressed people of the country ahead of winter.
Chairman of Eastern Bank PLC Md Showkat Ali Chowdhury handed over a token blanket to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at an event held at Ganabhaban in the capital on Friday (10 November), reads a press release.
The donation was made as part of the bank's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
