EBL 33rd BGCC amateur golf championship kicks off in Chattogram
The two-day EBL 33rd Amateur Golf Championship 2025 commenced at the Bhatiary Golf and Country Club in Chattogram. Brigadier General Rezaul Karim, ndc, psc, Station Commander of Chattogram Cantonment and VP Admin & Finance of BGCC, formally inaugurated the championship yesterday morning. Mufakkharul Islam Khasru, Director of EBL, attended as a special guest.
The inauguration ceremony was also attended by EBL Deputy Managing Director & Head of ICC Mahmoodun Nabi Chowdhury and EBL Head of Corporate Business, Chattogram Sanjay Das, among others.
More than 150 male and female golfers are competing in various categories in the tournament. The award ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, where Major General Towhidul Ahmed, ndc, afwc, psc, Commandant and Papa Tiger of The East Bengal Regimental Centre, Chattogram Cantonment, alongside EBL Director Mufakkharul Islam Khasru and Additional Managing Director & COO Ahmed Ershad Foyez, will present the prizes to the winners.
