EBL retains AAA credit rating for fourth straight year
Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) has retained the highest long-term credit rating of AAA from Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) for the fourth consecutive year.
The bank also received a short-term rating of ST-1 with a stable outlook, EBL said in a press release.
The rating reflects EBL's financial strength, risk management, asset quality and focus on sustainable growth, the bank said.

It also reinforces the bank's position as a trusted financial institution driven by governance, innovation and long-term value creation for customers, shareholders and stakeholders.
