DU team wins BUP's adventhr 4.0 competition

The grand finale of AdventHR 4.0, the flagship HR strategy case competition organised by the BUP Human Resource and Leadership Club, took place on 9 July at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka. Spanning five weeks, the competition brought together over 250 undergraduate teams from universities across the country to tackle strategic HR challenges.
After three rounds of intense competition, Team One One Seven from the University of Dhaka emerged as the champion, followed by Team Centaurs and Team Onek Gorom, both from BUP, as first and second runners-up, respectively. The top three teams won Tk 50,000, Tk 30,000, and Tk 20,000. The other three finalists each received Tk5,000.
This year's competition consisted of three rounds: an initial submission round titled "Unleashing HR Brilliance," a semi-final round titled "Ignition," and the final round titled "Implications Unfold." In preparation for the finale, the six finalist teams attended a boot camp at GP House, mentored by Dipra Marjan, Competence Development Expert at Grameenphone.
The final round challenged teams to present strategic, empathy-driven HR solutions to real-world organisational issues. A panel of senior corporate and academic figures judged the presentations.
Apex Footwear MD Syed Nasim Manzur graced the event, Enroute International Chairman Tariqul Haque, and Brig Gen Md Arman Hossain, Director, Sales & EPI of BMTF, the title sponsor. Also present were faculty members and advisers from BUP, including Brigadier General Md Aminul Akbar Khan and Lieutenant Colonel Liana Mamun.
AdventHR 4.0 was sponsored by BMTF, Square Pharmaceuticals, Synesis IT, EPYLLION, and ACI Ltd., with Grameenphone as a Strategic Partner. Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel provided venue support.
