Denmark shows interest in Bangladesh’s strategic infrastructure projects
Denmark has expressed interest in collaborating with Bangladesh on strategic infrastructure, including the Laldia Container Terminal Project at Chattogram Port and offshore wind energy generation in Cox's Bazar and Teknaf.
The interest was conveyed by Danish Ambassador to Bangladesh, Christian Brix Møller, during a meeting with Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA) CEO Muhammad Rafiqul Islam in Dhaka on Monday.
The Laldia terminal, a PPP initiative of Chattogram Port Authority, aims to expand port capacity and improve trade competitiveness. The PPPA reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable infrastructure development through international partnerships.
