DBTI successfully completes 83rd foundation training course

Dhaka Bank Training Institute (DBTI) has proudly concluded its Foundation Training Course for the 83rd batch, marking another milestone in its commitment to excellence in professional development.

The 15-working-day programme, designed to equip participants with the necessary banking knowledge and skills, successfully trained 32 aspiring Trainee Assistant Officers (TAOS) and Trainee Assistant Cash Officers (TACOS).

Throughout the course, trainees participated in comprehensive sessions that covered essential general banking and cash operations, customer service excellence, risk and compliance, and other related topics in the banking sector. The program aimed to build a strong foundation for the trainees, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute effectively to the bank's ongoing success.

The training was facilitated by experienced professionals, offering valuable insights and practical knowledge to help participants transition smoothly into their roles within Dhaka Bank. As Dhaka Bank continues to invest in the growth and development of its employees, the successful completion of this training programme signifies another step toward excellence in banking services.
