Daffodil group explores joint programmes with Chinese institutions
Daffodil Group advanced its international academic footprint by visiting China KePei Education Group and Guangdong Technology College on 17 April 2026.
Dr Md Sabur Khan, Chairman of Daffodil International University and Daffodil Group, visited the institutions at their invitation, marking a significant move towards expanding international collaboration in higher education.
China KePei Education Group leads private education in China. The group prioritises industry-oriented learning, innovation, and global engagement. Guangdong Technology College, its flagship, delivers advanced academic infrastructure, emphasises applied teaching, and prepares students to excel in their industries.
During the visit, Dr Khan toured campus facilities, including advanced laboratories, smart classrooms, and comprehensive student support systems.
The visit provided insights into China's industry-integrated education model and showcased best practices in skill-based, outcome-oriented learning.
The Chinese delegation was led by Ye Nianqiao, Chairman of China KePei Education Group and Guangdong Technology College. Ye Nianjiu, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, and Li Yan, Chief Executive Officer, also participated.
Guangdong Technology College's leadership team also included President Chen Xiaoyang and Vice-President Liu Xiangping.
Discussions focused on establishing joint academic programmes, student and faculty exchanges, and collaborative research. These initiatives aim to provide students and staff with broader international exposure, access to diverse expertise, and increased opportunities to develop industry-aligned education models to address global workforce demands.
