CUET launches online grade sheet access for students

Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) has officially launched its online grade sheet service for undergraduate students, marking a significant step in academic digitisation.
The service was inaugurated on Wednesday morning by CUET Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Mahmud Abdul Matin Bhuiyan. Speaking at the event, he expressed gratitude to those involved in the development and implementation of the system and urged all concerned to cooperate in maintaining its smooth operation.
The launch event was attended by Professor Dr Sheikh Mohammad Humayun Kabir, Registrar (Additional Duty), and Professor Dr Md Mainul Islam, Controller of Examinations (Additional Duty).
Previously, students were required to collect hard copies of their grade sheets in person from the Examination Branch after completing each term's final examination. Due to the fear of misplacing these documents, many students opted to collect all their grade sheets at once, only after graduation. This often led to gaps in academic oversight and reduced student engagement with their ongoing educational progress.
To address these challenges, CUET has introduced a digitised system developed with the technical support of the Institute of Information and Communication Technology (IICT), CUET, and under the supervision of the Examination Branch. Through this platform, students can now access, view, or download their term-wise grade sheets by logging into their respective student portals.
Additionally, student advisors will have access to individual grade sheets for their assigned students, facilitating easier academic tracking and guidance. For those who require physical copies for official purposes, the option to request a hard copy remains available through the standard application process.
CUET's move to digitalise grade sheets reflects its broader commitment to modernising administrative services and enhancing student convenience through technology-driven solutions.
