Crowne Plaza Dhaka gulshan hosts ‘joy of giving’ charity dinner
As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' Giving for Good Month, Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan hosted its annual "Joy of Giving" charity dinner in September 2025, supporting underprivileged communities, promoting well-being, and fostering sustainable progress.
An international buffet, curated by Executive Chef Mohammad Khawaldeh, delighted guests. Meanwhile, live music from the Cassette band, stand-up comedy, and a cultural showcase by the children of Mojar School provided entertainment throughout the evening.
Proceeds from the evening will directly fund Mojar School, an initiative of the Odommo Bangladesh Foundation which empowers children from disadvantaged backgrounds through education and care. The funds will support the construction of residences, new classrooms, and essential facilities at the Odommo Bangladesh Children's Village in Mymensingh Bhaluka, aiming to improve living and learning conditions for the children.
