Citymead completes second phase of Purbachal Valley plot handover
Citymead Real Estate & Development Limited has delivered the second phase of plot handovers at Purbachal Valley, transferring plots to members of the Naval Officers Housing Society on 11 July at the township project on the outskirts of the capital.
The company said about 1,000 plots have been acquired for members of the society, which serves officers of the Bangladesh Navy.
Citymead Real Estate & Development Limited is developing Purbachal Valley as an integrated township featuring educational, healthcare, recreational, retail and community amenities.

According to the company, existing and planned facilities include Bangladesh Navy School and College, Anchorage School and College, a mosque complex, swimming pool, playground, superstore, lake, university, general hospital, hotel, convention centre, shopping mall, food court, boat club, amusement park, gymnasium and clubhouse.
The developer said it is also introducing security technology, utility services, water purification systems and environment-friendly internal transport to support a safe and sustainable residential environment.
Citymead Real Estate & Development Limited said it remains committed to completing plot handovers and advancing the development of Purbachal Valley.
