Citizens Bank appoints Md. Abdul Latif as DMD
Citizens Bank PLC has appointed Md Abdul Latif as Deputy Managing Director (DMD). Prior to joining Citizens Bank, he served as Senior Executive Vice President at Bank Asia PLC.
With over 28 years of experience in the banking sector, Latif has held various leadership positions in prominent financial institutions across Bangladesh. He began his career as a probationary officer at National Bank Ltd in 1997 and later held key roles at Premier Bank PLC and Bank Asia PLC. His extensive experience includes serving as head of major branches and as zonal head at Bank Asia PLC.
Latif is a seasoned professional who has continuously sought to enhance his expertise through participation in numerous training programmes and workshops, both domestically and internationally. He holds a Master of Commerce in Management from the University of Dhaka.
