BUP Human Resources and Leadership Club concludes ‘Advent HR 4.0’
The final round and prize giving ceremony of 'Advent HR 4.0' was held on 9 July 2025 at Radisson Blu Dhaka. The event was organised by the Human Resources and Leadership Club (HRLC) under the supervision of the Department of Business Administration in Management Studies, Faculty of Business Studies (FBS), Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
The competition aimed to identify and nurture the next generation of HR leaders by challenging university students with real-world human resource scenarios.
A total of 216 teams from over 30 reputed universities across the country participated in the competition, with the top six teams advancing to the final round. Team 'One One Seven' from the University of Dhaka was crowned champion, while Team 'Centaurs' and Team 'Onek Gorom'—both from BUP—were awarded first and second runner-up respectively.

The event was sponsored by Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory (BMTF), powered by Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd, and co-powered by Synesis IT PLC and Epyllion Group.
Senior officials from BUP, representatives of the sponsoring organisations, faculty members, participants, and invited guests were present at the programme.
