BRAC Bank integrates CORPnet with Nippon Paint ERP system
BRAC Bank has partnered with Nippon Paint Bangladesh to provide advanced transaction banking solutions aimed at strengthening receivables management and enhancing efficiency and transparency across dealer and distributor collections.
Under the partnership, Nippon Paint Bangladesh will utilise BRAC Bank's digital transaction banking platform, CORPnet, through API integration, enabling near real-time reflection of collections from almost 200 distributors directly into the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
The integration is expected to improve cash flow visibility, streamline reconciliation processes, and strengthen financial control across the distribution network.
The partnership was formalised at BRAC Bank's head office on 14 January 2026.
Present at the signing from BRAC Bank were Md Shaheen Iqbal, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking; Asif Bin Idrish, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking; A K M Faisal Halim, Head of Transaction Banking; and S M Musa, Area Head of Relationship Unit.
Representatives from Nippon Paint Bangladesh included Rajesh Sircar, General Manager, and Salah Uddin, Senior Manager, along with other officials.
BRAC Bank said the collaboration reflects its focus on delivering technology-led transaction banking solutions that enable corporate clients to operate with greater efficiency, visibility, and confidence, supporting sustainable business growth.
