BRAC Bank honours top branches, service officers for customer excellence
BRAC Bank has recognised four branches and two service officers for outstanding customer service under its Customer Experience (CX) Mystery Survey Programme for the first half of 2026.
The bank evaluated 49 branches during the first two quarters of the year to assess service quality and customer experience across its distribution network, according to a press release.
Rokeyasarani Branch was named Best Branch for the first quarter, while Madhabdi Branch received the SHARP Champion award for its adherence to the bank's service standards.
Md Faizur Rahman Khan was named Best Service Officer for delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating professionalism.
For the second quarter, Barishal Branch received the Best Branch award and Muradpur Branch was named SHARP Champion.
Golam Md Kamal Parvez received the Best Service Officer award for exemplary service delivery, responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The survey assessed service quality, professionalism, operational efficiency, branch environment, customer engagement and adherence to the bank's SHARP framework.
SHARP stands for Space, Human, Aptitude, Responsible Communication and Process, and is designed to promote service excellence across all customer touchpoints.
The award-winning branches and service officers demonstrated strong performance in customer handling, operational efficiency, product knowledge, responsiveness, branch ambience, queue management and proactive customer engagement.
BRAC Bank said the recognition reflected the professionalism, discipline and customer-first approach embedded in its SHARP service framework.
The initiative forms part of the bank's efforts to strengthen its customer-centric culture, empower employees and provide a consistently high-quality banking experience across its nationwide network.
