With a single tap, transactions can be completed in seconds without entering a PIN, making cashless payments smoother and more convenient.
The NFC feature is designed to speed up everyday transactions at shops, supermarkets, cafés, and retail outlets. To pay, customers simply tap their phone on an NFC-marked QR code. After logging in, the bKash app automatically directs them to the payment screen to enter the amount and confirm. Payments up to Tk1,000 can be made without a PIN, reducing the risks associated with PIN compromise and enhancing app security.
