bKash enables one-tap payments on My Robi and My Airtel apps

Robi and Airtel customers can now enjoy a more seamless and secure payment experience by integrating bKash into their mobile apps. With this new feature, users of the 'My Robi' and 'My Airtel' apps can pay for talk-time, data, and other services without needing to input a PIN or OTP during each transaction.

As part of this development, bKash has been added as the preferred payment partner on both platforms. Once a bKash account is linked and digital consent is provided, customers can authorise payments with a single tap.

To enhance digital convenience, Robi customers can now open a bKash account directly from the 'My Robi' app. The app's 'Service' section features a 'bKash Registration' icon, enabling users to begin the account registration process with a single click. After giving the necessary consent and completing the verification process, users can proceed with e-KYC formalities as required.

Additionally, both Robi and Airtel users can purchase their preferred talk-time or internet bundles—such as Robi's 'Easy Plan' and Airtel's 'My Pack'—directly from the bKash app under the 'My bKash' section.

These newly introduced features aim to improve customer comfort, digital security, and payment efficiency, in line with growing demand for integrated digital services.
